Article R6141-14 of the French Public Health Code

The modification of the list of regional hospital centres set by the decree mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6141-2 is made after obtaining the opinion of the supervisory board, the medical commission and the technical committee of the establishment concerned, the specialised commission of the regional conference on health and autonomy competent for the health sector of the region where the head office of this establishment is located and the national committee for health and social organisation.

La modification de la liste des centres hospitaliers régionaux fixée par le décret mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6141-2 intervient après avis du conseil de surveillance, de la commission médicale et du comité technique de l’établissement concerné, de la commission spécialisée de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie compétente pour le secteur sanitaire de la région où est situé le siège de cet établissement et du Comité national d’organisation sanitaire et sociale.
