Article R6145-69 of the French Public Health Code

Where the Director General of the Regional Health Agency has objected to the multi-annual global financing plan, the director of the institution shall draw up a new plan which takes account of the reasons for the objection of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, within a period set by the latter which may not exceed three months. The Agency’s Director General then has one month to examine the new plan with a view to approving it.

This procedure is repeated if necessary until the plan is approved.

Lorsque le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé a fait connaître son opposition au plan global de financement pluriannuel, le directeur de l’établissement fixe un nouveau plan qui tient compte des motifs d’opposition du directeur général de l’agence, dans un délai fixé par ce dernier et qui ne peut pas excéder trois mois. Le directeur général de l’agence dispose alors d’un délai d’un mois pour examiner ce nouveau plan en vue de son approbation.

Cette procédure est reconduite si nécessaire jusqu’à l’obtention de l’approbation du plan.
