The school’s internal rules set out the voting procedures, in particular the conditions for postal voting.
The date of the election is set by the head of the establishment. At least one month before the date, the Director publishes the date, the list of voters and those eligible to vote and the number of full and alternate seats to be filled in the various colleges.
The minutes of the electoral operations are drawn up by the Director of the establishment and posted immediately for six clear days after the ballot. Any complaints about the validity of these elections must be sent to the school director before the end of this period. At the end of this period, the Director shall announce the results of the ballot.
