Doctors practising on a self-employed basis in public health establishments are entitled to a flat-rate allowance to compensate for loss of income resulting from their participation in training courses provided as part of the establishment’s training policy and in meetings of the establishment’s deliberative or consultative bodies.
The amount of this allowance is set per meeting or per half-day of training in accordance with the rates set in application of article L. 162-14-1 of the Social Security Code. It is paid monthly on the basis of proof of attendance, up to a limit of twelve meetings per year for the establishment’s deliberative or consultative bodies and ten half-days per year for training courses.
The annual amount of compensation received for the training courses and meetings mentioned in this article may not exceed one third of the total amount of fees received for the same period by the person concerned.
An order of the ministers responsible for social security and health sets the terms and conditions of the lump-sum compensation for loss of income referred to in this article.
