Article R6147-110 of the French Public Health Code

The rates for services provided by the public health establishment of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, instituted inarticle L. 174-3 of the Social Security Code, are established for :

1° Full hospitalisation under the common system, at least for each of the following categories:

a) Specialised or non-specialised services ;

b) Expensive speciality departments ;

c) Very expensive specialised services;

d) Follow-up and rehabilitation services;

e) Long-term care units for care purposes.

2° Alternatives to hospitalisation, at least for each of the following categories:

a) Part-time hospitalisation ;

b) Outpatient surgery ;

c) Hospitalisation at home.

3° Interventions by the mobile emergency service.

Les tarifs de prestations de l’établissement public de santé territorial de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon institués à l’article L. 174-3 du code de la sécurité sociale sont établis pour :

1° L’hospitalisation complète en régime commun, au moins pour chacune des catégories suivantes :

a) Services spécialisés ou non ;

b) Services de spécialités coûteuses ;

c) Services de spécialités très coûteuses ;

d) Services de suite et de réadaptation ;

e) Unités de soins de longue durée pour ce qui concerne les soins.

2° Les modes de prise en charge alternatifs à l’hospitalisation, au moins pour chacune des catégories suivantes :

a) L’hospitalisation à temps partiel ;

b) La chirurgie ambulatoire ;

c) L’hospitalisation à domicile.

3° Les interventions du service mobile de secours et de soins d’urgence.
