The secondment of civil servants, contractual public-sector employees and State workers working in the armed forces health service to a public health establishment gives rise to reimbursement by the host organisation equal to the amount of remuneration and related contributions due for the employment of a civil servant in the hospital civil service occupying a comparable post with equivalent professional qualifications and seniority.
By way of derogation from the third paragraph of article R. 4138-31 of the Defence Code, the temporary assignment of military personnel on duty in the Armed Forces Health Service, to an aforementioned establishment, may give rise to reimbursement by the host organisation equal to the amount of the remuneration and related contributions due for the employment of a hospital practitioner or a hospital civil servant occupying a comparable position with equivalent professional qualifications and seniority.
