Article R6147-148 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The strategic committee referred to in 2° of II of article L. 6147-16 is chaired by the Secretary General for the Administration of the Ministry of Defence or his representative. It is composed, under the conditions specified by the agreement provided for in this article:

-the Governor of Les Invalides;

-the Central Director of the Armed Forces Health Service or his/her representative;

-the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institution nationale des invalides or his/her representative.

II.-The Strategy Committee approves the partnership medical project mentioned in article R. 6147-147.

III.-The agreement specifies the frequency of meetings of the committee, which may not be less than twice a year, as well as the composition of the select committee mentioned in 2° of II of article L. 6147-16, for which it determines the delegations.

Article R6147-148

I.-Le comité stratégique mentionné au 2° du II de l’article L. 6147-16 est présidé par le secrétaire général pour l’administration du ministère de la défense ou son représentant. Il est composé, dans les conditions précisées par la convention prévue à cet article :

-du gouverneur des Invalides ;

-du directeur central du service de santé des armées ou de son représentant ;

-du président du conseil d’administration de l’Institution nationale des invalides ou de son représentant.

II.-Le comité stratégique approuve le projet médical de partenariat mentionné à l’article R. 6147-147.

III.-La convention prévoit la périodicité des réunions du comité qui ne peut être inférieure à au moins deux fois par an, ainsi que la composition du bureau restreint mentionné au 2° du II de l’article L. 6147-16 dont elle en détermine les délégations.
