Article R615-22 of the French Intellectual Property Code

On the appointed day, the commission hears the parties, it endeavours to reconcile their points of view and reach conciliation.

If one of the parties does not appear, the commission establishes its failure and hears the other party.

Minutes are drawn up.

In the event of total or partial conciliation, the minutes mention the content of the agreement. In the absence of total conciliation, the disputed points are recorded.

Au jour fixé, la commission entend les parties, elle s’efforce de rapprocher leurs points de vue et de parvenir à une conciliation.

Si l’une des parties ne comparaît pas, la commission constate sa défaillance et entend l’autre partie.

Il est dressé un procès-verbal.

En cas de conciliation totale ou partielle, le procès-verbal mentionne le contenu de l’accord. A défaut de conciliation totale, les points contestés sont consignés.
