Article R615-26 of the French Intellectual Property Code

In the event of a request from the party who has not referred the matter to the commission or of the consolidation of several requests relating to the same invention, the six-month period within which the conciliation proposal is drawn up shall run from the date on which the matter was last referred to the commission.

En cas de demande émanant de la partie qui n’a pas saisi la commission ou de jonction de plusieurs demandes relatives à la même invention, le délai de six mois dans lequel est établie la proposition de conciliation court à compter de la date à laquelle la commission a été saisie en dernier lieu.
