Article R615-32 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The agreement between the parties resulting from the conciliation proposal in the case provided for in Article L. 615-21 is made enforceable by decision of the President of the Tribunal de Grande Instance within whose jurisdiction the conciliation proposal was made.

L’accord entre les parties résultant de la proposition de conciliation dans le cas prévu à l’article L. 615-21 est rendu exécutoire par décision du président du tribunal de grande instance dans le ressort duquel la proposition de conciliation a été formulée.
