In the event of the transfer of a post from a centre of activity to another centre in the same public health establishment as part of an internal reorganisation, the practitioner assigned to this post will be reassigned by the Director to the host centre, after receiving the opinion of the chairman of the establishment’s medical committee and the head of the centre, on a proposal from the head of department or, failing this, the head of the internal structure, provided that the profile of the post is compatible with the practitioner’s speciality of practice.
In the event of the merger of two or more public health establishments, hospital practitioners from the establishments concerned are assigned to a post in a division of the new establishment, after receiving the opinion of the chairman of the establishment’s medical commission and the head of the division, on a proposal from the head of department or, failing this, the head of the internal structure.
