Article R6152-16 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners recruited under the provisions of 1° or 3° of article R. 6152-7 and article R. 6152-9 are reclassified at the step they held in their previous situation, with retention of their seniority in step.

The duties carried out in an establishment mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-1 as a non-tenured practitioner by a tenured hospital practitioner awaiting reinstatement are also taken into account, provided that the recruitment is for a post for which the vacancy has been published and for which the practitioner has applied, and for a period between the date of publication of the vacancy and the date on which the practitioner takes up the post.

Les praticiens recrutés au titre des dispositions des 1° ou 3° de l’article R. 6152-7 et de l’article R. 6152-9 sont reclassés à l’échelon qu’ils détenaient dans leur ancienne situation, avec conservation de leur ancienneté d’échelon.

Les fonctions accomplies dans un établissement mentionné au 1° de l’article R. 6152-1 en qualité de praticien non titulaire par un praticien hospitalier titulaire en attente d’une réintégration sont également prises en compte, dès lors que le recrutement intervient sur un poste dont la vacance a été publiée et sur lequel le praticien a fait acte de candidature, et pour une durée comprise entre la date de publication de la vacance du poste et la date d’installation du praticien sur ce poste.
