Article R6152-313 of the French Public Health Code

For each case, the chairman of the Disciplinary Board chooses a rapporteur either from among the members or former members of the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs, who are medical doctors and do not belong to the Disciplinary Board, or from among the inspectors of the regional health agencies who are doctors and pharmacists, with the exception of doctors or pharmacists practising in the regional health agency in the region of the establishment where the practitioner concerned is practising.

If the practitioner concerned is an odontologist, the rapporteur is chosen by the chairman of the Disciplinary Board from among the permanent teaching and hospital staff of the dental care, teaching and research centres of university hospitals.

The incompatibilities provided for in article R. 6152-310 apply to the choice of rapporteur.

Article R6152-313

Pour chaque affaire, le président du conseil de discipline choisit un rapporteur soit parmi les membres ou anciens membres de l’inspection générale des affaires sociales, docteurs en médecine n’appartenant pas au conseil de discipline, soit parmi les inspecteurs des agences régionales de santé ayant la qualité de médecin et de pharmacien, exception faite des médecins ou des pharmaciens exerçant dans l’agence régionale de santé de la région de l’établissement où exerce le praticien intéressé.

Si le praticien intéressé est odontologiste, le rapporteur est choisi par le président du conseil de discipline parmi les personnels titulaires enseignants et hospitaliers des centres de soins, d’enseignement et de recherche dentaires des centres hospitaliers et universitaires.

Les incompatibilités prévues à l’article R. 6152-310 sont applicables pour le choix du rapporteur.
