Article R6152-316 of the French Public Health Code

The opinion of the Disciplinary Board must state the reasons on which it is based and mention the names of the members who took part in the deliberations. It is signed and dated by the chairman.

The opinion of the Disciplinary Board shall be forwarded within fifteen days to the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, together with any observations made prior to referral to the Board by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the medical committee of the establishment where the practitioner works.

L’avis du conseil de discipline doit être motivé et mentionner le nom des membres ayant participé à la délibération. Il est signé et daté par le président.

L’avis du conseil de discipline est transmis dans un délai de quinze jours au directeur général du Centre national de gestion, accompagné des observations formulées avant la saisine du conseil par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et la commission médicale de l’établissement où exerce le praticien.
