The Disciplinary Board comprises:
1° A chairman and an alternate chairman, members of the Conseil d’Etat, appointed on a proposal from the vice-chairman of the Conseil d’Etat;
2° Six full members and six alternate members representing the administration, including :
a) One full member and one alternate member, appointed on the recommendation of the Director General of Health;
b) One full member and one alternate member, appointed on the recommendation of the Director General of Healthcare;
c) One full member and one alternate member, who are members of the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs, appointed on the recommendation of the Head of the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs;
d) One full member and one alternate member, who are members of the body of medical public health inspectors or the body of pharmacist public health inspectors, appointed by the Minister for Health;
e) One full member and one alternate member, members of the management staff of the establishments mentioned in 1° and 2° of article 2 of law no. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital civil service, appointed on the proposal of the most representative organisation of the establishments mentioned in the same article 2;
f) One full member and one alternate member, appointed on the proposal of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion;
For the appointment of the representatives of the administration, the Disciplinary Board shall ensure balanced representation of the distribution between women and men.
3° Six full and alternate representatives, elected by the college of hospital practitioners for each of the following seven sections:
a) Medicine and medical specialities;
b) Psychiatry;
c) Surgery, surgical specialities and odontology;
d) Radiology;
e) Biology;
f) Anaesthesia and intensive care;
g) Pharmacy.
A single college of hospital practitioners is set up for each of these sections.
The members of the Disciplinary Board are appointed by order of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, published on the Centre’s website. The order sets the effective date of the term of office of the elected members of the committee.
