Article R6152-322-10 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph of I of article 9 bis of the aforementioned law of 13 July 1983, any disputes regarding the validity of the electoral operations shall be referred, within five days of the announcement of the results, to the Director General of the National Management Centre and then, if necessary, to the administrative courts.

Sans préjudice des dispositions du dernier alinéa du I de l’article 9 bis de la loi du 13 juillet 1983 précitée, les contestations sur la validité des opérations électorales sont portées, dans un délai de cinq jours à compter de la proclamation des résultats, devant le directeur général du Centre national de gestion puis, le cas échéant, devant la juridiction administrative.
