Article R6152-322-6 of the French Public Health Code

A single polling station shall be set up for elections to the Disciplinary Board. The committee shall comprise a chairman and a secretary appointed by the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and a delegate from each list. If a list does not appoint a delegate, the polling station is validly constituted without this delegate.

If the chairman is absent or unable to attend, he is replaced by the secretary of the polling station.

The vote is counted within a period that may not exceed three working days from the date of the election. The polling station shall count the votes, announce the results and draw up the minutes of the election.

The counting of votes and the announcement of the results are public.

Il est institué un bureau de vote unique pour les élections au conseil de discipline. Le bureau comprend un président et un secrétaire désignés par le directeur général du Centre national de gestion ainsi qu’un délégué de chaque liste en présence. Dans le cas où une liste ne désigne pas de délégué, le bureau est valablement composé sans ce délégué.

En cas d’absence ou d’empêchement du président, celui-ci est remplacé par le secrétaire du bureau.

Le dépouillement du scrutin a lieu dans un délai qui ne peut être supérieur à trois jours ouvrables à compter de la date de l’élection. Le bureau de vote procède au dépouillement, proclame les résultats et établit le procès-verbal des opérations électorales.

Le dépouillement et la proclamation des résultats sont publics.
