The extension of activity is renewed by tacit agreement, subject to the production by the person concerned of a medical certificate of physical and mental fitness drawn up by an approved doctor. This certificate shall be sent to the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and at the same time to the Director of the establishment to which the person is assigned, at least three months before the end of the current extension period.
La prolongation d’activité est renouvelée par tacite reconduction, sous réserve de la production par l’intéressé d’un certificat médical d’aptitude physique et mentale établi par un médecin agréé. Ce certificat est adressé au directeur général du Centre national de gestion et concomitamment au directeur de l’établissement d’affectation, au moins trois mois avant l’échéance de la période de prolongation en cours.
