Article R6152-333 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 6152-813 apply to a practitioner holding a time savings account who requests an extension of activity, for all the days registered.

In the event that the renewal of the activity extension is not granted by the Centre national de gestion, the provisions of the second paragraph of article R. 6152-813 are applied to the days in the account that have not been paid out.

Les dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article R. 6152-813 s’appliquent au praticien titulaire d’un compte épargne-temps qui demande une prolongation d’activité, pour la totalité des jours inscrits.

Au cas où le renouvellement de la prolongation d’activité n’est pas accordé par le Centre national de gestion, il est fait application, pour les jours inscrits sur le compte et qui n’ont pu être soldés, des dispositions du second alinéa de l’article R. 6152-813.
