Article R6152-344 of the French Public Health Code

Any change in the number of half-days, the location or the structures of the assignment provided for in the contract is made with the agreement of the person concerned and gives rise to the signature of an amendment to the initial contract, concluded in the same form as the latter.

Toute modification du nombre de demi-journées, du lieu ou des structures d’affectation prévus au contrat se fait après accord de l’intéressé et donne lieu à la signature d’un avenant au contrat initial, conclu dans les mêmes formes que ce dernier.
