The period of notice in the event of resignation, dismissal, early termination or non-renewal of the contract is set at :
1° One month for contracts of six months or less;
2° Two months for contracts of two years or less;
3° Three months in all other cases.
Service completed on a discontinuous basis is taken into account for the calculation of this period, provided that the length of the breaks between two contracts does not exceed four months and that these breaks are not due to the resignation of the person concerned.
