Article R6152-368 of the French Public Health Code

Contractual practitioners are entitled to fifteen working days’ training leave per year.

Leave entitlements for two consecutive years may be accumulated. The entitlement to such leave and the use thereof shall be prorated to the activity carried out in each establishment in the event of practice in several establishments.

An order of the Minister for Health shall specify the conditions for exercising the right to training leave.

During this leave, practitioners continue to receive their full emoluments, at the expense of the health establishment to which they belong.

Le praticien contractuel a droit à un congé de formation d’une durée de quinze jours ouvrables par an.

Les droits à congé au titre de deux années consécutives peuvent être cumulés. Leur ouverture et leur mobilisation se font au prorata de l’activité réalisée dans chaque établissement en cas d’exercice sur plusieurs établissements.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé précise les conditions d’exercice du droit à congé de formation.

Pendant ce congé, les praticiens continuent à percevoir la totalité de leurs émoluments, à la charge de l’établissement de santé dont ils relèvent.
