Article R6152-409 of the French Public Health Code

Contractual practitioners in public health establishments maintain and improve their knowledge.

They fulfil the obligation of continuing professional development defined in articles L. 4021-1 to L. 4021-8.

The continuing professional development of contract practitioners recruited on a full-time basis is organised by the plan mentioned in 8° of article R. 6144-1 and as part of the territorial policy mentioned in 5° of II of article R. 6132-10-1.

Les praticiens contractuels des établissements publics de santé entretiennent et perfectionnent leurs connaissances.

Ils satisfont à l’obligation de développement professionnel continu définie aux articles L. 4021-1 à L. 4021-8.

Le développement professionnel continu des praticiens contractuels recrutés à temps plein est organisé par le plan mentionné au 8° de l’article R. 6144-1 et dans le cadre de la politique territoriale mentionnée au 5° du II de l’article R. 6132-10-1.
