The recruitment contract is an administrative contract. It is made in writing.
A copy of the contract is sent without delay to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and to the contractual practitioner concerned. The latter will immediately send a copy to his professional association.

Un double de ce contrat est adressé sans délai au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ainsi qu’au praticien contractuel concerné. Ce dernier en transmet aussitôt un exemplaire au conseil de l’ordre dont il relève.
