In the event of serious misconduct or professional inadequacy, the Director may, after communicating the grievances to the person concerned and inviting him to present his observations within a period of eight days, terminate the contract by a reasoned decision taken after consulting the head of the division or, failing that, the head of the department, the functional unit or any other internal structure and the establishment’s medical committee and notified to the contractual practitioner concerned.
In the absence of an opinion from the institutional medical committee within two months of its convening, only the opinion of its chairman is required.
