Contractual practitioners recruited under article R. 6152-403 and working full-time are entitled to eight working days’ training leave per year. This period is set at five working days for part-time practitioners.
Contractual practitioners recruited under 4° and 5° of article R. 6152-402 and working full-time are entitled to training leave of five working days per year.
Entitlements to training leave in respect of two years may be accumulated.
An order issued by the Minister for Health specifies the terms and conditions for exercising the right to training leave.
During this leave, contractual practitioners continue to receive the full remuneration set by their recruitment contract.
