Article R6152-423 of the French Public Health Code

The age limit for practitioners governed by the provisions of this sub-section is set at sixty-seven for those born on or after 1 January 1955.

As a transitional measure, the age limit applicable to these practitioners is set at :

1° 65 years for those born before 1st July 1951 ;

2° 65 years and 4 months for those born between 1st July 1951 and 31st December 1951;

3° 65 years and 9 months for those born in 1952;

4° 66 years and 2 months for those born in 1953;

5° 66 years and 7 months for those born in 1954.

La limite d’âge des praticiens régis par les dispositions de la présente sous-section est fixée à soixante-sept ans pour les intéressés nés à compter du 1er janvier 1955.

A titre transitoire, la limite d’âge applicable à ces praticiens est fixée à :

1° 65 ans pour ceux nés avant le 1er juillet 1951 ;

2° 65 ans et 4 mois pour ceux nés entre le 1er juillet 1951 et le 31 décembre 1951 ;

3° 65 ans et 9 mois pour ceux nés en 1952 ;

4° 66 ans et 2 mois pour ceux nés en 1953 ;

5° 66 ans et 7 mois pour ceux nés en 1954.
