Article R6152-425 of the French Public Health Code

The extension of activity is renewed by tacit agreement for the same period, subject to the production by the person concerned of a medical certificate of physical and mental fitness drawn up by an approved doctor and sent to the director of the establishment to which he is assigned, at least three months before the end of the current period.

The practitioner shall inform the director of the establishment of his intention not to continue working at the end of the current period at least three months before the end of that period.

La prolongation d’activité est renouvelée par tacite reconduction pour la même durée, sous réserve de la production par l’intéressé d’un certificat médical d’aptitude physique et mentale établi par un médecin agréé adressé au directeur de l’établissement d’affectation, au moins trois mois avant l’échéance de la période en cours.

Le praticien informe le directeur de l’établissement de son intention de ne plus prolonger son activité à l’issue de la période en cours au moins trois mois avant l’échéance de cette période.
