Article R6152-50-3 of the French Public Health Code

The remuneration of the hospital practitioner, provided by the Centre national de gestion, includes the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-23 and the exclusive public service commitment allowance. The practitioner also receives, where applicable, allowances for participation in the permanent care service, which are paid to him by the host establishment, allowances for participation in competition juries and the allowances mentioned in article R. 6152-32.

The time spent looking for an assignment is taken into account when determining the length of service required for the application of the provisions of article R. 6152-32.

Without prejudice to the provisions relating to the accumulation of activities, the net remuneration received by the hospital practitioner seeking an assignment is reduced by the amount of net income received in respect of any mission or training period undertaken in the context of seeking an assignment, with the exception of the allowances mentioned in the second sentence of the first paragraph of this article.

La rémunération du praticien hospitalier, assurée par le Centre national de gestion, comprend les émoluments mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 6152-23 et l’indemnité d’engagement de service public exclusif. Le praticien perçoit également, le cas échéant, des indemnités de participation à la permanence des soins qui lui sont versées par l’établissement d’accueil, des indemnités de participation aux jurys de concours et les indemnités mentionnées à l’article R. 6152-32.

Le temps passé en recherche d’affectation est pris en compte pour la détermination des durées de service exigées pour l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 6152-32.

Sans préjudice des dispositions relatives au cumul d’activités, la rémunération nette perçue par le praticien hospitalier placé en recherche d’affectation est réduite du montant des revenus nets qu’il perçoit au titre de toute mission ou de tout stage, assurés dans le cadre de la recherche d’affectation, à l’exception des indemnités mentionnées dans la deuxième phrase du premier alinéa du présent article.
