Article R6152-50-7 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners placed on compulsory lay-off pursuant to the fifth paragraph of article L. 6152-5-2 may benefit from the insurance allowance provided for in article L. 5424-1 of the Labour Code under the conditions provided for in articles L. 5422-2 and L. 5422-3 of the same code. This allowance is paid by the Centre National de Gestion.

Le praticien mis en disponibilité d’office en application du cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 6152-5-2 peut bénéficier de l’allocation d’assurance prévue à l’ article L. 5424-1 du code du travail dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 5422-2 et L. 5422-3 du même code. Cette allocation lui est versée par le Centre national de gestion.
