Article R6152-540 of the French Public Health Code

Associate assistants made available, with their agreement, to an inter-hospital syndicate under the conditions set out in article R. 6152-502, may only carry out their duties under the direct responsibility of the practitioner in charge of the structure to which they are assigned. This practitioner fulfils the conditions of practice laid down by Book I of Part IV of this Code.

Les assistants associés mis, avec leur accord, à disposition d’un syndicat interhospitalier dans les conditions fixées par l’article R. 6152-502, ne peuvent assurer leurs fonctions que sous la responsabilité directe du praticien responsable de la structure dans laquelle ils sont affectés. Ce praticien remplit les conditions d’exercice fixées par le livre Ier de la partie IV du présent code.
