Le dossier d’un assistant associé, mentionné à l’article R. 6152-510 comprend notamment les documents justifiant que l’intéressé a une bonne connaissance de la langue française et se trouve en situation régulière au regard de la législation relative aux conditions de séjour et de travail des étrangers en France. Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé vérifie, pour chaque recrutement, la validité des diplômes et titres présentés.
