Article R6152-542 of the French Public Health Code

The following may also be recruited as associate specialist assistants, without the conditions of diploma, qualification and training mentioned in the first paragraph of article R. 6152-538 being imposed on them:

1° Candidates for authorisation to practise the profession of doctor, dental surgeon or pharmacist as defined in I of article L. 4111-2 and article L. 4221-12, who have passed the knowledge verification tests, for the performance of the duties required by the provisions of the same articles ;

2° Candidates for authorisation to practise the profession of doctor, dental surgeon or pharmacist as defined in II of article L. 4111-2, article L. 4131-1-1, article L. 4141-3-1, article L. 4221-14-1 and article L. 4221-14-2, to complete the adaptation period provided for in the same articles.

The provisions of article R. 6152-541 relating to proof of a good knowledge of the French language do not apply to associate assistants recruited under these conditions.

The provisions of this article are applicable until 31 December 2022.

Article R6152-542

Peuvent également être recrutés comme assistants spécialistes associés, sans que leur soient opposées les conditions de diplôme, de titre et de formation mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article R. 6152-538 :

1° Les candidats à l’autorisation d’exercice de la profession de médecin, de chirurgien-dentiste ou de pharmacien définie au I de l’article L. 4111-2 et à l’article L. 4221-12, lauréats des épreuves de vérification des connaissances, pour l’accomplissement des fonctions requises par les dispositions des mêmes articles ;

2° Les candidats à l’autorisation d’exercice de la profession de médecin, de chirurgien-dentiste ou de pharmacien définie au II de l’article L. 4111-2, à l’article L. 4131-1-1, à l’article L. 4141-3-1, à l’article L. 4221-14-1 et à l’article L. 4221-14-2, pour l’accomplissement du stage d’adaptation prévu aux mêmes articles.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 6152-541 relatives à la justification d’une bonne connaissance de la langue française ne sont pas applicables aux assistants associés recrutés dans ces conditions.

Les dispositions du présent article sont applicables jusqu’au 31 décembre 2022.
