The purpose of the recruitment procedure as a hospital practitioner is to fill the vacancy for a position in an activity unit of a public health institution, declared by the Director General of the National Management Centre on a proposal from the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. The vacancy for a position of hospital practitioner in a centre of activity in a public health institution, declared in accordance with the provisions of article L. 6152-5-3, gives rise to the drawing up of a job profile, the characteristics of which relating in particular to the speciality, the position of the practitioner in the centre or the department to which he/she is assigned and the percentage of working time are set by order of the Minister for Health.
The list of these positions is published electronically on the website of the Centre national de gestion.
Applications for a post must be submitted within fifteen days of publication of the vacancy. The admissibility of applications is assessed on the closing date for applications.
The posts remaining vacant after the recruitment round may be offered, after the regulatory period of fifteen days mentioned in the previous article, by the Director General of the National Management Centre to the practitioners mentioned in article R. 6152-7.
The director of the health care establishment may, before notifying the director general of the regional health agency of the vacancy of one or more posts for proposal to the director general of the Centre national de gestion, organise publicity with a view to filling these posts by internal transfer, under the conditions laid down in article R. 6152-11.
