Article R6152-61 of the French Public Health Code

At the end of their secondment and if they have not been appointed to a teaching and hospital staff corps, they are reinstated in a hospital practitioner post under the conditions provided for in 3° of article R. 6152-7.

Where applicable, they are placed on compulsory leave for the period between the end of their secondment as a university hospital practitioner and their reinstatement in the body of hospital practitioners.

Article R6152-61

A l’issue de leur détachement et à défaut d’être titularisés dans un corps du personnel enseignant et hospitalier, ils sont réintégrés dans un emploi de praticien hospitalier dans les conditions prévues au 3° de l’article R. 6152-7.

Ils sont placés, le cas échéant, en disponibilité d’office, pour la période comprise entre la fin du détachement en qualité de praticien hospitalier universitaire et leur réintégration dans le corps des praticiens hospitaliers.
