Article R6152-707 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners recruited on the basis of 3° of article L. 6152-1 employed on a full-time basis devote their entire professional activity to the service of the employing public health establishment, without prejudice to the provisions of article L. 6152-4 and the regulatory provisions adopted for its application.

When they are employed on a part-time basis for a period representing less than seven half-days, they may, on condition that they inform the director of the establishment, carry out a paid activity outside the service performed in the employing public health establishment.

Under no circumstances may they engage in a self-employed activity within the employing public health establishment.

Les praticiens recrutés sur le fondement du 3° de l’article L. 6152-1 employés à temps plein consacrent la totalité de leur activité professionnelle au service de l’établissement public de santé employeur, sans préjudice des dispositions de l’article L. 6152-4 et des dispositions réglementaires prises pour son application.


Lorsqu’ils sont employés à temps partiel pour une durée représentant moins de sept demi-journées, ils peuvent, à condition d’en informer le directeur de l’établissement, exercer une activité rémunérée en dehors du service accompli dans l’établissement public de santé employeur.


Ils ne peuvent en aucun cas exercer une activité libérale au sein de l’établissement public de santé employeur.
