When the interests of the service so require, the practitioner may be immediately suspended by the Director for a maximum period of two months.

The suspended practitioner retains the remuneration mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-709.

When a court decision prohibits him from practising his profession, the practitioner receives only half the remuneration mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-709.

Where the person concerned is the subject of criminal proceedings, his financial situation is not definitively settled until the decision handed down by the court hearing the case has become final.

Lorsque l’intérêt du service l’exige, le praticien peut être immédiatement suspendu par le directeur pour une durée maximale de deux mois.

Le praticien suspendu conserve la rémunération mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 6152-709.

Lorsqu’une décision de justice lui interdit d’exercer sa profession, le praticien ne perçoit que la moitié de rémunération mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 6152-709.

Lorsque l’intéressé fait l’objet de poursuites pénales, sa situation financière n’est définitivement réglée qu’après que la décision rendue par la juridiction saisie est devenue définitive.
