Article R6152-718 of the French Public Health Code

A hospital practitioner on secondment under contract in application of 1° of article R. 6152-51 or 9° of article R. 6152-238 who wishes his secondment to be terminated before the term initially stipulated or who wishes to return to his original post at the end of the period of secondment stipulated in the contract must give at least two months’ notice.

On expiry of the contract, the secondment ceases automatically, without giving rise to any compensation. The hospital practitioner is reinstated in his original body under the conditions of ordinary law.

Le praticien hospitalier détaché sur contrat en application du 1° de l’article R. 6152-51 ou du 9° de l’article R. 6152-238 qui souhaite qu’il soit mis fin à son détachement avant le terme initialement prévu ou qui souhaite réintégrer son emploi d’origine à l’issue de la période de détachement prévue au contrat doit respecter un délai de préavis de deux mois au moins.

A l’expiration du contrat, le détachement cesse de plein droit, sans donner lieu à aucune indemnité. Le praticien hospitalier est réintégré dans son corps d’origine dans les conditions de droit commun.
