Article R6152-72 of the French Public Health Code

The transport costs of practitioners, their spouses and dependent children within the meaning of Book V of the Social Security Code, as well as the costs of moving their furniture, relating to their change of residence, are borne by the establishment in the overseas department, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Mayotte or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon to which the practitioners concerned are or have been assigned, at the time of their installation and at the time of their return after assignment to metropolitan France.

Les frais de transport des praticiens, de leur conjoint et de leurs enfants à charge au sens du livre V du code de la sécurité sociale ainsi que les frais de déménagement de leur mobilier, afférents à leur changement de résidence sont supportés, lors de leur installation et lors de leur retour après affectation sur le territoire métropolitain, par l’établissement du département d’outre-mer, de Saint-Barthélemy, de Saint-Martin , de Mayotte ou de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon dans lequel les praticiens intéressés sont ou ont été affectés.
