Article R6152-831 of the French Public Health Code

The director of the institution shall provide the information provided for inarticle 2 of decree no. 2023-845 of 30 August 2023 concerning the communication to public officials of essential information and rules relating to the performance of their duties. The communication shall include the information provided for in this article, with the exception, where applicable, of that contained in the contract, and shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures and cases provided for in articles 3 and 4 of this same decree.

Le directeur de l’établissement procède à la communication prévue à l’article 2 du décret n° 2023-845 du 30 août 2023 portant sur la communication aux agents publics des informations et règles essentielles relatives à l’exercice de leurs fonctions. La communication comprend les informations prévues par cet article à l’exception, le cas échéant, de celles figurant au contrat et est effectuée selon les modalités et les cas prévus aux articles 3 et 4 de ce même décret.
