Article R6152-907-1 of the French Public Health Code

When the associate practitioner is assigned to work with a university-approved senior practitioner, an agreement is signed between the university hospital centre and the practitioner concerned. It sets out the duration of the assignment, the conditions of practice, the terms of remuneration of the associate practitioner and, where applicable, the terms of total or partial reimbursement to the registered practitioner training supervisor of the sums paid and the related charges by the university hospital centre.

Lorsqu’il est affecté auprès d’un praticien agréé-maître de stage des universités, une convention est signée entre le centre hospitalier universitaire et le praticien concerné. Elle détermine la durée de l’affectation, les conditions d’exercice, les modalités de rémunération du praticien associé et, le cas échéant, les modalités de remboursement total ou partiel au praticien agréé-maître de stage des sommes versées et des charges afférentes par le centre hospitalier universitaire.
