Article R6152-931 of the French Public Health Code

In the interests of the service, an associate practitioner may be suspended from his duties by decision of the director of the establishment to which he is assigned, after obtaining the opinion of the chairman of the establishment’s medical committee, for a maximum period of three months. Where the person concerned is the subject of criminal proceedings, the suspension may be extended for the duration of the proceedings. The director of the establishment to which the practitioner is assigned shall inform the regional health agency and the Centre national de gestion within fifteen days.

In the event of suspension, the associate practitioner retains all the emoluments provided for in 1° of article R. 6152-912.

Dans l’intérêt du service, un praticien associé peut être suspendu de ses fonctions par décision du directeur de l’établissement d’affectation après avis du président de la commission médicale d’établissement, pour une durée maximale de trois mois. Lorsque l’intéressé fait l’objet de poursuites pénales, la suspension peut être prolongée pendant toute la durée de la procédure. Le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation en informe dans un délai de quinze jours l’agence régionale de santé et le Centre national de gestion.

En cas de suspension, le praticien associé conserve la totalité des émoluments prévus au 1° de l’article R. 6152-912.
