The associate practitioner may submit his resignation to the Director General of the Centre national de gestion des praticiens hospitaliers et des personnels de direction de la fonction publique hospitalière, by any means which confers a date certain, giving three months’ notice. A copy of this letter is sent to the director of the establishment to which he is assigned.
Within two months of receiving the practitioner’s request, the director general of the Centre national de gestion will notify the practitioner of his decision. If no decision is taken within this period, the resignation is deemed to have been accepted.
On the date of the decision of the Director General of the National Management Centre, the skills consolidation programme or the adaptation period comes to an end.
