Article R6153-1-15 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of an accident at work or occupational disease, the junior doctor is entitled to leave for the entire period of incapacity to work until full recovery, consolidation of the injury or death.

In this situation and up to a limit of thirty-six months, the person concerned receives the full emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6153-1-7 as well as the supervised autonomy allowance and, where applicable, allowances representing the benefits of accommodation, heating, lighting and food.

En cas d’accident du travail ou de maladie professionnelle, le docteur junior bénéficie d’un congé pendant toute la période d’incapacité de travail jusqu’à la guérison complète, la consolidation de la blessure ou le décès.


Dans cette situation et dans la limite de trente-six mois, l’intéressé perçoit la totalité des émoluments mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 6153-1-7 ainsi que la prime d’autonomie supervisée et, le cas échéant, des indemnités représentatives des avantages de logement, de chauffage, d’éclairage et de nourriture.
