Article R6153-1-16 of the French Public Health Code

The junior doctor may benefit, after receiving the opinion of the medical committee, from a return to part-time work under the conditions laid down in articles L. 323-3 and R. 323-3 of the Social Security Code.

During the period of therapeutic part-time work, the junior doctor receives the full emoluments provided for in 1° of article R. 6153-1-7 as well as the supervised autonomy allowance and, where applicable, allowances representing the benefits of accommodation, heating, lighting and food.

Article R6153-1-16

Le docteur junior peut bénéficier, après avis du comité médical, d’une reprise à temps partiel thérapeutique dans les conditions fixées aux articles L. 323-3 et R. 323-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Pendant la période de temps partiel thérapeutique, le docteur junior perçoit la totalité des émoluments prévus au 1° de l’article R. 6153-1-7 ainsi que la prime d’autonomie supervisée et, le cas échéant, des indemnités représentatives des avantages de logement, de chauffage, d’éclairage et de nourriture.
