1° Annual leave of thirty working days, during which they receive the remuneration provided for in article R. 6153-105;
2° In the event of illness or infirmity duly certified as having made it impossible for them to carry out their duties, a maximum of one month’s leave, during which they receive their full remuneration, and one month, during which they receive half their remuneration.
In all cases, they retain their entitlement to the full family allowances;
3° Maternity, adoption or paternity leave of a duration equal to that provided for by social security legislation, during which the full remuneration provided for in article R. 6153-105 is paid.
Cash benefits due to the persons concerned under social security legislation are deducted from the remuneration or half-remuneration paid during sick leave, maternity leave, adoption leave or paternity leave.
In addition, the persons concerned may, at their request and with the agreement of the maieutics training structure and the director of the establishment supporting the training structure, benefit from an additional period of unpaid leave of thirty working days.
