An intern on sick leave is guaranteed the payment of the remuneration mentioned in article R. 6153-10 and in 1° and 3° of article D. 615310-1 for the first three months of such leave and half of this remuneration for the following six months.
Unpaid leave of up to fifteen months may be granted, at his request, after obtaining the opinion of the medical committee provided for in article R. 6152-36, to an intern who is unable to return to work for health reasons at the end of nine consecutive months of sick leave.
