Article R6153-24-1 of the French Public Health Code

Each of the trade union organisations representing students in the third cycle of medical, odontology and pharmacy studies at national level may designate, each semester, two students in this cycle who are authorised by the Minister for Health to complete their internship in excess of the number of students under the conditions provided for, depending on the case, in I of article R. 632-33 of the Education Code or in II of articles D. 633-16 and R. 634-15-1 of the same code, in order to carry out trade union activities.

The representativeness of the trade union organisations is assessed in accordance with the provisions of article R. 162-54-1 of the Social Security Code, for the application of which the audience is measured on the basis of the activity and experience of the organisation concerned.

Chacune des organisations syndicales des étudiants de troisième cycle des études de médecine, d’odontologie et de pharmacie représentatives au niveau national peut désigner, chaque semestre, deux étudiants de ce cycle qui sont autorisés par le ministre chargé de la santé à accomplir leur stage en surnombre dans les conditions prévues, selon le cas, au I de l’article R. 632-33 du code de l’éducation ou au II des articles D. 633-16 et R. 634-15-1 du même code, afin d’exercer des activités syndicales.


La représentativité des organisations syndicales est appréciée conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 162-54-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, pour l’application desquelles la mesure de l’audience s’effectue en fonction de l’activité et de l’expérience de l’organisation concernée.
