Residents may also take part, for a maximum of two months per year, in the medical supervision of physical, sporting and cultural activities organised for people suffering from serious pathologies, as part of their treatment.

This participation is subject to the agreement of their head of department or, failing that, the head of the internal structure to which they report and is governed by an agreement between the organisation organising the stay and the university hospital centre to which they are attached. The provisions of this agreement comply with the standard agreement established by order of the Minister of Health.

Les internes peuvent également participer, dans la limite d’une durée maximale de deux mois par an, à l’encadrement médical de séjours d’activités physiques, sportives et culturelles, organisées pour des personnes atteintes de pathologie lourde, dans le cadre de leur traitement.

Cette participation est subordonnée à l’accord de leur chef de pôle ou, à défaut, le responsable de la structure interne dont ils relèvent et est régie par une convention entre l’organisme organisateur du séjour et le centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement. Les stipulations de cette convention sont conformes à la convention type établie par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
