Article R6153-29 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the penalties that the university courts may impose on the person concerned in application of the provisions of Decree no. 92-657 of 13 July 1992 relating to disciplinary procedure in public higher education establishments placed under the supervision of the Minister responsible for higher education, the disciplinary penalties applicable to an intern for misconduct committed in the course of, or in connection with, the performance of his or her practical training activities are :

1° A warning ;

2° reprimand ;

3° exclusion from service for a period not exceeding five years.

Sans préjudice des peines que les juridictions universitaires pourraient infliger à l’intéressé par application des dispositions du décret n° 92-657 du 13 juillet 1992 relatif à la procédure disciplinaire dans les établissements publics d’enseignement supérieur placés sous la tutelle du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur, les sanctions disciplinaires applicables à un interne pour des fautes commises dans l’exercice ou à l’occasion de l’exercice de ses activités au titre des stages pratiques sont :

1° L’avertissement ;

2° Le blâme ;

3° L’exclusion des fonctions pour une durée qui ne peut dépasser cinq ans.
